**This is fully ON-SITE for our Newport Beach location.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and assess the viability of personal injury cases
- Address inquiries regarding our services and fees by providing accurate and comprehensive answers
- Communicate effectively with potential clients and establish a relationship of trust and safety for individuals who are considering retaining the services of the firm
- Thoroughly review the work of intake specialists, which includes examining initial consultation notes and case information, to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Achieve sales goals set for the firm by employing effective strategies and approaches to drive business growth and secure successful outcomes
Requirements:
- Active license to practice law in CA (additional licensure in AZ, TX, GA, or NV are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, not required
- Result driven and goal oriented
