- Regular Shift: Wednesday–Saturday, 06:00 PM – 04:30 AM
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the site manager, specialist, and occasionally the Injury Prevention Specialist. Responsibilities include attending weekly safety committee meetings, greeting new hires, and providing daily one-on-one interaction. You will independently assess and administer first aid, guide employees on occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses, and refer care to outside providers as needed. This position requires a passion for health and wellness and a willingness to learn OSHA regulations, risk, and analysis.
Must-Haves
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by an approved ECC provider
- One of the following active certifications:
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
- National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT)
- Paramedic Certification from the Department of Health
- Athletic Trainer Certification (ATC) by the Board of Certification or equivalent State Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide first aid support and make referrals to outside medical providers as necessary
- Minimize employee risk of injury through awareness, education, and proactive engagement
- Maintain all records of care provided to employees
- Coordinate and maintain workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs
- Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
