Franchise Development Associate / Manager (Full-Time, Onsite)

About the Role

We are hiring Franchise Development professionals at both Associate and Manager levels, depending on experience.
This role is critical in expanding our franchise network, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with franchise partners. You will support or lead the full franchise development cycle—from prospecting and outreach to managing the discovery process and representing the brand at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Development Associate (Entry–Mid Level)

• Promote franchise and business development opportunities.
• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, email outreach, and networking.
• Present the brand to prospective partners and support brand awareness initiatives.
• Research and analyze new markets for franchise expansion.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Provide regular updates to the Senior Franchise Development Manager regarding progress and results.
• Support senior team members with administrative tasks, presentations, and project coordination.

Franchise Development Manager (Senior Level)

• Identify and engage high-quality franchise prospects through outreach, networking, events, and digital channels.
• Present franchise opportunities and guide candidates through the full discovery and approval process.
• Manage the franchise sales pipeline, prepare reports, and adjust strategies to meet development targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure franchise satisfaction and success.
• Ensure compliance with franchise regulations, FDD requirements, and all internal policies.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, franchise expos, and major industry events.
• Develop growth strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to support franchise expansion.

Qualifications

Franchise Development Associate

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing preferred.
• Experience in F&B sales or related industries is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management ability.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, personable, and strong at building rapport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Franchise Development Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in franchise sales.
• Proven success in franchise development, business development, or sales leadership.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
