LEAD Technical
Job Title: Manufacturing Machine Operator
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract to Hire
Location: Rockledge, FL
Summary:
LEAD Technical is currently looking for several Manufacturing Machine Operators for our client in the Rockledge area. In this role, you will be working in one of multiple capacities in a production environment, operating machines used in the fabrication of a variety of products used in commercial applications. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with a worldwide leader in their space. This is a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE role that is available immediately. Positions available on all shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment in accordance with work instructions
- Perform setup, including tooling setup and changeout, speed and measurement adjustment, and other parameters to meet specifications
- Carry out quality inspection of completed materials to ensure conformance
- Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness
- Wear all required PPE (personal protection equipment)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanically inclined with a background in personal or professional projects
- Process oriented
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
