Hot Fill QA Technician – Night Shift
📍 Hendersonville, NC | 💲 24.00/hr. | 🕕 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | 12-Hour 2-2-3 Schedule

We’re seeking a Hot Fill QA Technician to join the night shift team in a high-speed food and beverage production environment. This role is essential in ensuring product quality, food safety, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Schedule:

• Night Shift | 12-Hour | 2-2-3 Rotation

• Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• Training: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM for up to 3 months

What You’ll Do:

• Perform in-process quality checks on hot fill products and packaging

• Conduct testing for pH, Brix, acidity, color, clarity, and other product attributes

• Verify labeling, coding, and packaging accuracy

• Document test results and maintain accurate quality records

• Support batch disposition, product holds, and investigations of non-conformance

• Enforce GMP, SQF, and company quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of quality control or food/beverage manufacturing experience

• Knowledge of testing procedures and quality systems

• High attention to detail with strong communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
