We are looking for a Sales Advisor for our Porsche Division.

The job holder would be required to:

  • Acquire new customers through traditional and digital channels and conduct thorough needs analysis based on their lifestyle and preferences
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting the brand philosophy, values, and each model’s unique selling points compared to the competition
  • Advise customers by providing comprehensive guidance, alternative solutions, and tailored vehicle configurations
  • Lead negotiations for quotations on new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Manage the entire sales process and closely monitor customer payments
    Oversee the full vehicle handover process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Record all customer interactions, follow-up actions, and prospect information in the CRM system
  • Actively utilize CRM data to identify new commercial opportunities and generate additional sales
  • Build and maintain excellent, long-term relationships with customers through ongoing communication, networking, and PR activities
  • Act as a trusted personal advisor, serving as the first point of contact for product inquiries, concerns, and problem-solving
  • Participate in and support events organized by the Communications & PR Department of the Porsche Division
  • Strictly adhere to the standards, processes, and requirements set by Porsche AG and the authorized local distributor, while maintaining strong collaboration with all departments of Motodynamics’ Porsche Division
  • Attend all Porsche-related trainings and stay fully updated on brand and industry developments

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive retail sales ideally within the premium or luxury segment
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and nurture complex customer relationships in a high-standards environment
  • BA in Business, Marketing, or related field will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Good use of MS Office applications and CRM systems
  • High level of comfort with new technologies and digital tools such as CRM tools, MS Office, etc.
