Location: Fenton, MO
Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime

Position Summary:
The Grinder will operate precision grinding machinery to produce and finish parts that meet exacting quality and tolerance standards. Working in a temperature-controlled and clean environment, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety conscious, and able to maintain consistent quality on small and complex parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate grinding machines to finish parts to precise specifications

• Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with tolerances

• Monitor machines during operation to detect malfunctions or inconsistencies

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace consistent with company standards

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production and quality issues

• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper personal protective equipment

• Assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed

• Record production data accurately and maintain documentation for quality control

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating precision grinding equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Proficiency in measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges

• Ability to stand and focus on fine work for extended periods

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
