ESA Sales Consultant

*** The Opportunity *** We’re looking for Sales Consultant who understand both technology and marketing — professionals ready to help business owners modernize their visibility and streamline their operations. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted marketing and tech consultant, guiding small and medium-sized businesses toward ESA Local’s suite of solutions: AI-powered visibility and hyper-local search Smart digital business profiles that drive engagement and calls SaaS tools for scheduling, billing, CRM, and automation Advertising and media opportunities that grow real reach and reputation This is a performance-driven, commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. You’ll build meaningful relationships, expand your network in San Antonio’s business community, and earn recurring monthly income that compounds with every client you bring on. *** Compensation *** During the first four months of employment, 50% of all sales revenue will be paid out on a recurring basis. The total recurring amount earned in month four will establish the Standard Compensation going forward. Beginning in month five, the compensation structure will consist of the Standard Compensation plus a 25% recurring commission on qualifying sales. There is no cap on total earnings.
