As a Full-Time Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver IV and injection therapies, educate patients, and support overall wellness through preventative care and lifestyle guidance. This is hands-on nursing with real patient connection—minus the chaos.

What You’ll Love

• Pay: $53/hour + hourly tips (up to $20/hour)
  Total earning potential: $53–$73/hour

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 paid after 3 months of full-time employment

• Schedule:

  • 4–5 shifts per week

  • 3 weekend shifts per month

  • Submit 4 unavailable days per month

Clinic Hours
Availability required between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (morning/afternoon and afternoon/evening shifts)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records
• Promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions
• Work with the District Nurse Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift
• Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers
• Oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics
• Maintain documentation of patient care services
• Train new staff
• Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinic
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff
• Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines

Required Skills

• Current BLS certification required
• BSN or diploma in nursing
• Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
• Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care
