In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries and concerns regarding tobacco products, all while communicating in Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to tobacco products, brands, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese.
• Provide accurate information on product availability, promotions, and company policies.
• Assist customers with order management and resolve any issues connected to their purchases.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system to ensure effective follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams to address service challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the tobacco or consumer goods industry.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer-friendly interactions.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Adept at using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
