1. Consistent lead flow from multiple vetted sources
2. Scalable systems and processes for recruiting, coaching, and team expansion

1. Lead, coach, and motivate agents to increase productivity
2. Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent
3. Run growth strategies using proven systems and tracking
4. Manage a pipeline of buyer and seller opportunities focused on conversion
5. Drive performance through accountability, structure, and data
6. Collaborate with executive leadership to scale current and new locations

1. Active Texas Real Estate License
2. Minimum three years of residential real estate sales experience
3. A performance-driven leader who loves developing people
4. Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
5. Strong comfort with CRM platforms, dashboards, and tech tools

Job Type: Full-Time
