Facility: Life Care Center of Puyallup
- Skilled nursing & rehabilitation facility offering both inpatient and outpatient services.
- The rehab team includes PT, OT, and speech therapists who design customized programs for each patient.
Job Requirements & Details:
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience required.
- Outpatient experience is preferred; however, strong candidates with only inpatient experience may also be considered.
- You will provide 1-on-1 treatment. Caseload averages around 8-9 patients per day.
- There is a PT Wound Specialist on staff, and another OT is already part of the rehab team.
