Production Worker First Shift - Now Hiring

Our client in Bloomer is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the production department, you will support the assembly process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong focus, manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully with the company's commitment to excellence and safety.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Bloomer, WI

Pay Range:  $17/hr

Shift: 1st 

What's the Job?

• Accurately place parts into designated positions to support assembly processes
• Maintain a steady and efficient production pace to meet daily targets
• Follow established protocols to ensure quality and safety standards
• Perform visual inspections and prepare work areas before production
• Assist with cleanup and organization of the workspace after production

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a reliable work ethic
