Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Provide security services to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors. + Perform proactive monitoring of and timely responses to potential/actual security threats. + Investigate, document and manage security incidents and hazards. + Maintain knowledge/follows policies and procedures regarding alarms and emergency/disaster preparedness plans. May facilitate planned drills and simulations. + Provide information and assistance to staff and visitors to promote safety. + Provide follow-up with local prosecution, law enforcement and court systems as applicable. + Has authority to arrest for both felonies and misdemeanors under applicable law. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Law Enforcement credentialed from an Indiana agency obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
