What you will do:
- Develop, install, configure, and support legacy and future manufacturing systems (RTLS, RFID, AMR robot fleet, MES, CDM, InfinityQS SPC, STAS & ID, vision inspection systems, supervisory control systems).
- Create and implement troubleshooting guidelines for 24/7 system operations.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure robust support mechanisms.
- Define requirements for new systems or modifications to existing ones, including interface development and maintenance.
- Support testing, GMP validation, and training documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Limited travel required < 10 %
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering required.
- 5–10 years of experience with manufacturing systems in food processing, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Proficiency in VB, C#, C/C++, or Python.
- Experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA platforms; Siemens and GE iFix preferred.
- Strong SQL skills; experience with MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with MES, warehouse management systems, REST/gRPC interfaces, ELT processes.
- Familiarity with GAMP 5, cGMP practices, and networking technologies (firewalls, switches, security protocols).
