Elementary School Teachers - Research Study Participant

Sepal is conducting a research study to understand work excellence among elementary school teachers (excluding special education, see separate job posting if you’re a special education teacher), to establish professional benchmarks. Selected participants will share their professional background, design field-specific screening questions, and document substantial work projects as case studies.\n-- Timeline: Now through December 29th\n-- Commitment: 40–100 total hours\n-- Begins with a paid 2–4 day work trial\n-- Fully remote and flexible schedule\n\nSample of reported job titles: Art Teacher, Classroom Teacher, Elementary Classroom Teacher, Elementary School Teacher, Elementary Teacher, Math Teacher (Mathematics Teacher), Music Teacher, Primary Teacher, Reading Teacher, Teacher\n\nMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:\n*5+ years full-time experience as an elementary school teacher (except special education)\n*Native-level English language fluency\n*U.S. residency\n*Access to a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet\n*Available for at least 10 hours per week during the 2-3 week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule)\n*Technology proficiency: Comfortable with messaging, video calling, and uploading files\n*Ability to follow detailed written instructions and complete online tasks independently\n\nCOMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS:\n*Hourly pay: $34-51 per hour, plus task bonuses, based on experience and fit\n*Paid bi-weekly based on tracked and approved hours\n*Entirely remote, work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met\n*Current employment in the field is NOT required\n\nWHY PARTICIPATE?
