Tasks may include identifying realistic solutions to common database challenges and sharing your thought process behind critical database decisions.\n\n-- Duration: Short-term through December 29th\n-- Commitment: 40–100 total hours of work, beginning with a paid 2–4 day work trial\n-- Fully remote, flexible scheduling\n\nYour participation will help us evaluate and shape safer, more reliable AI systems, particularly in technical fields that require precision and depth of expertise.\n\nMust-Have Qualifications\n-- 4+ years full-time experience as a database administrator or related role\n-- English language fluency\n-- U.S. residency\n-- Access to a computer with reliable internet\n-- Comfortable using tools like video conferencing, messaging platforms, and file uploads\n-- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and complete structured online tasks independently\n\nCOMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS:\n-Hourly pay: $40–$120 per hour, plus task bonuses, based on experience and fit\n-Paid bi-weekly based on tracked and approved hours\n-Entirely remote—work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met\n-Current employment in the field is not required
