Job Title: General Laborer (Temporary/Variable Assignments)

Pay Rate: $17 $20 per hour (depending on assignment and experience)

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our pool of temporary workers for various short-term assignments throughout the Portland area. As part of our staffing agency team, you will be placed on diverse job sites and perform a wide range of labor tasks depending on client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, flexible schedules, and gaining experience across multiple industries.

Duties may vary by assignment and may include:

• Assisting with loading, unloading, and moving materials

• Performing basic construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor

• Operating hand tools and basic equipment

• Site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance tasks

• Following safety guidelines and instructions from site supervisors

• Reporting to assigned locations on time and ready to work

• Other general labor tasks as needed

• Previous labor experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift 25 50 lbs depending on assignment

• Willingness to work in varying environments (indoor/outdoor)

• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Portland metro area

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Hours vary by assignment

• Opportunities may include day, swing, or occasional weekend shifts
