Entry Level Customer Service Representative

BMS Moving & Storage is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Entry Level Customer Service Representative to support our Vanline agency partners and their household goods customers. This entry-level position plays a key role in ensuring smooth, coordinated service at both origin and destination points of the moving process.

You’ll work closely with our branches, dispatch teams, and agency partners to provide accurate information, coordinate service details, and deliver an excellent customer experience—no industry experience required!

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first and primary point of contact for agency representatives.
• Provide clear details regarding services needed, dates, arrival times, and any special instructions.
• Work directly with our branches to schedule services and confirm availability.
• Update customer files, documentation, and required paperwork.
• Enter accurate information into CRM and dispatch systems.
• Assist with basic agency partner questions and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with our branches, dispatch, and agency partners to ensure a smooth, timely customer experience.
