Job Description:

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing home health services to patients within a 60-mile radius of Valley City, ND, treating an average of 5-7 patients per day with conditions such as post-surgical recovery and falls.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to home health clients.
• Utilize the EMR system HomeCare/HomeBase for charting and documentation.

Requirements:

• Current BLS certification and ND Physical Therapy License.
• Must have PT-related skills and at least 1 year of home health experience.
• Must hold a current Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
