As the Lawn Production Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of our services. You will oversee daily operations on the maintenance side, manage multiple teams, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and coordinate all production aspects of the maintenance department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics.
-Supervise, mentor, field and office staff. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements.
-Ensure that all work meets the company's quality standards and industry regulations.
-Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in management in the lawn care and landscaping industry.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
-Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-Knowledge of industry best practices and safety regulations.
