Senior Data Analyst - FP&A

Are you a data-driven finance professional with a passion for analytics and visualization? We're seeking a Senior Analyst to join a fast-growing organization in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Manager of FP&A and partners closely with the CFO and VP of Finance, offering significant exposure and impact.

As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining internal reporting tools, leveraging ERP and consolidation systems, and creating actionable insights for senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and run reports that empower senior management to make data-informed decisions.
• Develop visualizations in Power BI and Excel to highlight key trends and insights.
• Partner with IT to design and maintain databases for analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy through robust integrity controls.
• Communicate findings effectively to leadership and anticipate analytical needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with Power BI is required.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or related roles, preferably in the CPG industry.
• CPA is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Competitive salary $110,000-$120,000+ benefits.
