💰 $84,900 – $154,000+/year (DOE)
Hourly Range: $40.82 – $74.09/hr

Join a respected regional Level II Trauma Center with a growing rehab program and collaborative care model. This is a strong opportunity for a PT seeking stability, full benefits, and a hospital-based caseload with variety.
\nYou’ll work alongside physicians, nursing, case management, and rehab peers in an environment focused on patient outcomes and long-term team retention.
Physical Therapist Responsibilities\n- \n
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans \n
- Restore mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence \n
- Adjust care plans based on progress and clinical findings \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams \n
- Educate patients and families on recovery goals and home programs \n
- Supervise PTAs/support staff as appropriate \n
- Complete documentation in EPIC EMR \n
Therapists with additional backgrounds such as:

- Lymphedema management \n
- Wound care overlap \n
- Neuro rehab \n
- Ortho / post-surgical recovery \n
- Geriatrics
\n may have opportunities to bring those strengths into the role. \n

- Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program \n
- Active PT license or ability to obtain Arizona licensure \n
- BLS (AHA) required \n
- 1+ year experience preferred \n
