- Active RN license in good standing \n
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing or critical care experience required \n
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity hospital setting \n
- Open-heart experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong critical care background may be considered \n
- Ability to meet onboarding and compliance requirements prior to start \n
- Current clinical competence with ICU-level patient care \n

- Provide direct care to critically ill patients in a dynamic ICU setting \n
- Monitor patient status, interpret clinical changes, and escalate concerns promptly \n
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes \n
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and maintain accurate documentation \n
- Support safe, evidence-based care in accordance with unit standards and protocols \n
- Adapt to varying patient assignments based on unit needs and clinical experience \n
