Responsibilities\n

\n
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services in a primarily outpatient setting.
\n
• Assist with acute care coverage as needed.
\n
• Develop functional goals to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
\n
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention.
\n
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in EPIC.
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
\n
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
\n
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
\n
• Current Physical Therapist license or license eligibility in the State of Michigan.
\n
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
\n
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
\n
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient education skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
