Blueprint and diagram reading: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints is crucial for proper installation and repair. System knowledge: Familiarity with specific low voltage systems like security, security cameras, access control systems, automatic entry gates, alarms, audiovisual, and network infrastructure (e.g., Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optics). Tool proficiency: The ability to safely and effectively use hand tools and electrical equipment. Problem-solving and analytical skillsTroubleshooting: The ability to systematically diagnose and resolve issues in low-voltage systems is a core requirement.
