Production Associate Job Category: Manufacturing Job Reference: KEL/25471 Location: Grand Rapids, MI **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Associate at our Grand Rapids, Michigan plant. This position will require you to be available for all shifts as well as the availability to work weekend hours. The pay rate for this position is $27.68 an hour. **A Taste of What You'll Be Doing** + **Making things Happen** - Producing high quality products and ensuring efficient and safe machine operation. + **Setting the Pace** - Inspecting equipment and performing basic adjustments and preventative maintenance when needed. + **Always Accountable** - Following all company safety rules and good manufacturing practices. + **Connecting** – Working cross collaboratively in a team environment. **We're Looking for Someone With** + 2-3 years of manufacturing experience + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. + Must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of fifty pounds. + Understanding of basic math to solve problems. + Must be able to work all 3 shifts and weekends. **What's Next** Applications for this position will be accepted through January 19 th , 2026.
