The Role

This is a high-impact opportunity for a proven enterprise SaaS salesperson to own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts across North America. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, from VPs to C-Suite, guiding them through complex, multi-threaded sales processes and positioning TrueLoyal as the strategic choice for loyalty and retention transformation.

Requirements

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle for your pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Develop relationships across multiple stakeholders, including VP and C-Suite executives in marketing, digital, IT, and loyalty.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline via partner-led opportunities, inbound leads, and self-generated prospects, maximizing earning potential through an uncapped commission plan.
  • Lead compelling product demonstrations and deliver persuasive, value-based proposals focused on tailoring solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate across sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success teams to execute account-based selling strategies and ensure seamless customer solutions.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene, managing complex sales cycles
  • Represent TrueLoyal at key industry events, webinars, and prospect-specific initiatives.
  • Cultivate industry expertise and thought leadership to speak authoritatively about vertical trends.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of quota-carrying experience with a proven record of top performance, including carrying an enterprise quota at a SaaS provider.
  • Experience selling complex enterprise SaaS (Martech, Loyalty, or CRM preferred) into mid market accounts and large global brands.
  • Demonstrated success managing deals with multiple decision-makers and enterprise-level contract values.
  • Strong consultative sales and value selling methodology skills and experience navigating complex organizations.
  • Experience navigating partner ecosystems and co-selling strategies.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with the drive to build and grow your own territory.
