Residential Maintenance Technician - Mon-Fri 8-5

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Multifamily Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the daily operations of our apartment communities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in multifamily property maintenance and committed to upholding OSHA safety standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring residents’ satisfaction through responsive service, preventative maintenance, and high-quality repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks across multiple residential units
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance per property timelines
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance shop and storage areas
• Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, drywall repair, and appliance installations
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily or apartment maintenance
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to safe work practices
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
