• $19.00 to $19.25 per hour

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

ROLE IMPACT

The Warehouse Receiving Clerk plays a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate intake of all inbound freight. Success in this role is defined by timely and correct identification, sorting, and processing of shipments, directly impacting inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and process all incoming freight, verifying item details against purchase orders and system data

• Sort packages by vendor and repalletize as needed for Putaway

• Record receipts accurately into the warehouse system, including quantities and item specifics

• Deliver required documentation to Control Desk or Supervisor for immediate processing

• Operate power equipment to unload trucks and support warehouse logistics

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience

• Basic math, reading, writing, and computer proficiency

• Ability to pass machine driver safety training for all required equipment

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving ability

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Power equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)

• Basic office software (for inventory tracking and documentation)

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of standard warehousing operations

• Ability to identify and differentiate product details (e.g., size, color, vendor code)

• Experience working under deadlines and handling multiple tasks
