Must Have Skills:

• Experience with IT service management methodologies and tools
• Exposure to Cloud Technology and DevOps
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Most important skill: Knowledge of Technology Infrastructure - how servers are built, data centers designed, network spaces managed
• Risk mindset and background in databases

Nice to Have Skills:

• ServiceNow and Archer - will be using these tools, don't need to have working knowledge but it should be easy for the individual to get acclimated if they have these - team can show them how to use them
• Financial background a plus

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Certifications:

• CRISC Certification preferred.
