Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding premium home appliances, including product features, pricing, and availability via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing issues with their appliances.
• Assist in processing orders, modifications, and returns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about new product launches and brand promotions to provide customers with up-to-date information.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the home appliances or premium goods sector, is preferred.
