Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week travel contract in Oneonta, New York. This night shift position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical environment within a reputable healthcare facility.

Job Details:

• Location: Oneonta, NY

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Shift:Days (07:00-15:00)

Responsibilities:

• Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room.

• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes during surgery.

• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an OR RN.

• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
