Good Samaritan Items of Note: - Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using GSS housing (-$8.00 to regular and OT bill rates) - No Charge Differential at Good Samaritan Facilities - No on call or call back available or billable - Backouts & quits with less than 14-days notice incur a $500 fee GSS - Park River | LPN - # beds: 66 - Ratios: 22-25:1 (currently experiencing low census) - EMR : PCC - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend - Holidays: Every other holiday - Shifts (8s or 12s): 8 hr.; currently have ams and nocs working 12s - Location specific orientation: Follow another nurse for 1 shift - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: CHF, dementia, DM, CKD, COPD, dysphagia (peg tube), urinary retention (foley catheters), wounds
