Job Description
Step into a pivotal role as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, where your compassionate hands and clinical expertise help residents thrive in the later chapters of life. In Clovis, New Mexico, you’ll join a supportive team that honors dignity, independence, and steady growth. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to shape daily life, comfort, and safety for residents who rely on your skill and presence. You’ll work in a setting that values teamwork, continuous learning, and the small moments that make a big difference in wellbeing. Beyond the facility walls, New Mexico reveals wide, sunlit skies, vibrant local culture, and communities that celebrate resilience and connection. From bustling town centers to peaceful neighborhoods, the state offers welcoming surroundings and a pace that lets you focus on patient care while enjoying a rich backdrop of outdoor beauty, historic towns, and community events. If you’ve ever wanted to contribute meaningfully while exploring a region known for its warmth and hospitality, this is your chance to grow and belong.

Location benefits go beyond a rewarding clinical role. Clovis provides affordable living, a supportive community, and facilities dedicated to high-quality elder care, where your expertise will directly influence residents’ comfort and daily experience. For nurses who crave variety, there’s also the opportunity to work across multiple locations within our nationwide program, exposing you to diverse care models, facility cultures, and resident populations. This means enhanced professional versatility, broader knowledge of long-term care best practices, and a stronger network of colleagues who share your commitment to compassionate care. You’ll enjoy structured onboarding, access to continuing education, and a path that rewards curiosity and dedication. Whether you’re drawn to the intimate pace of a community-sized facility or the chance to rotate through different sites, you’ll find a stable rhythm that honors your skill and your personal life.

In this role, you’ll perform essential duties that support residents’ health, comfort, and independence. Core responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care under supervision, administering medications and treatments within scope, and conducting daily assessments while monitoring vital signs and documenting changes. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, support care planning through precise and timely charting, and collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and therapy teams to optimize outcomes. Your vigilance in safety, infection control, and fall prevention will help maintain a calm, dignified environment for every resident. You’ll participate in care conferences, communicate changes to families when appropriate, and contribute to quality improvement efforts. This role also offers growth opportunities: specialized training in geriatric care, wound care, memory care, and palliative approaches; mentorship from experienced clinicians; and pathways toward advanced responsibilities within long-term care. Competitive benefits further enhance this experience, including a sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and the possibility of contract extensions to suit your career plan. You’ll receive guaranteed hours of 36 per week and a competitive weekly pay range of $1,204 to $1,262, with the added reassurance of 24/7 support from a dedicated team while you travel with the company. The structured framework here supports you as you refine your clinical judgment, expand your scope, and deliver the highest standard of resident-focused care.

Our company values your contribution and is committed to empowering your growth. We cultivate a work environment that emphasizes open communication, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement. You’ll find a supportive culture where expert colleagues are ready to share knowledge, celebrate achievements, and guide you through new skill development. We believe in treating staff as valued partners, providing the tools, resources, and encouragement you need to thrive—whether you’re delivering hands-on care, pursuing specialty certifications, or mentoring newer team members. With a focus on well-being, work-life balance, and professional development, our organization fosters a community where every nurse can improve the lives of residents while advancing toward your own professional milestones.

If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact, this is an exciting chance to join a company that values your dedication and invests in your future. Embrace the opportunity to begin on 11/24/2025, with a duration measured in weeks, in beautiful Clovis, NM, and the broader breadth of positions available across the U.S. Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey—where your care shapes brighter days for residents, your growth accelerates through hands-on experience, and you’re supported every step of the way by a company that stands behind you.
