In this role, you’ll perform essential duties that support residents’ health, comfort, and independence. Core responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care under supervision, administering medications and treatments within scope, and conducting daily assessments while monitoring vital signs and documenting changes. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, support care planning through precise and timely charting, and collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and therapy teams to optimize outcomes.
