Position Overview: Speech-Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to support consistent progress

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure whole-child care

What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Current (or pending) California SLP license — CFs strongly encouraged to apply

  • Strong communicator with a passion for working with children

  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills

  • Experience with EHR systems is a plus

Bonus Points For
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

  • Experience supporting children with developmental delays or special needs

  • Interest in leadership, mentorship, or supervisory roles
