Position: Customer Service & Sales Associate

Location: Puunene, HI

Pay: $25/hour

Experience:

• Prior retail, customer service, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in the tire industry is required

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:45am to 4:00pm

Employers Options is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Recommend tires and related services based on customer needs.
• Answer phone calls, provide quotes, and schedule appointments.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and proper stock rotation.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Stage products for installation, service, or delivery.
• Keep the warehouse and work areas safe, clean, and organized.
• Collaborate with service technicians and drivers to fulfill orders.
• Assist with preparations for mobile service jobs when needed.

Position Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active on your feet throughout the day.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
