Business Trainer - Full-time

Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.

As a Business Trainer you will design and deliver internal business training programs, relating to portfolio management systems and processes, ensuring full support in promoting updated knowledge and awareness across Quant.

Reporting to the Organosis Manager you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with management across Quant to determine timely and evolving training needs analysis as per current systems and processes updates;

• Coordinating with HR to identify employee areas for improvement as derived from performance feedback projects;
• Keeping updated on Company’s systems in close cooperation with respective Qualco technology product teams;
• Designing effective training programs and material for across divisional and functional workforce;
• Introducing innovative training delivery methodologies aimed at optimizing business and systems knowledge and awareness; Delivering training sessions as per system and process updates for existing employees and induction initiatives for onboarded employees;
• Reporting on training metrics, including participation, program evaluations and budget;
• Provide on-going support to the Production / Supportive Teams;
• Periodically review and update training material based on feedback/changes;
• Co-operation with QA Team to identify areas of additional Training/Clarifications where needed;

• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as an internal business trainer for at least 2 years with expertise in systems and processes;
• Current knowledge of advanced training methodologies and tools;
• Knowledge of Collection/Restructuring/Legal/REO processes;
• Experience in collection CRM, Loan Administration Systems, familiarity with RE systems will be considered as a plus; Outstanding communication, presentation and public speaking skills;
• Organizational and time management abilities;
• High self-motivation levels and sense of ownership;
• Strong computer skills including expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.
