Epoxy Installer

Jack Laurie Group is seeking an experienced Epoxy Installer to join our growing team in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas! We’re looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well with others, and delivers high-quality results.

What You’ll Do:

• Install all types of fluid-applied flooring systems and some polished concrete
  

• Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, shot blasting, patching, and cleaning
  

• Mix and apply coatings according to specifications
  

• Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
  

• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in epoxy or fluid-applied flooring
  

• Reliable transportation to job sites
  

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  

• Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
