Crew member - Full-time / Part-time

As a Dairy Queen Crew Member, you’ll be the friendly face of our store—serving our guests delicious treats and ensuring every visit feels welcoming. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

✨ Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve our signature DQ treats, including Blizzards, cones, sundaes, cakes, and food items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all food safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions
• Assist with stocking, prep work, and basic cleaning tasks
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by shift leads or managers

• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Willingness to learn and follow DQ standards
• Previous customer service or fast-food experience is helpful but not required
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
