Join our dynamic team as an Account Services Representative, where your expertise in order processing will shine! In this role, you will be responsible for processing multiple daily order entries and billing transactions with exceptional attention to detail. You will play a crucial part in maintaining customer accounts and resolving issues while collaborating directly with our sales force, internal departments, and clients. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Novi, MI
- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process daily order entries and billing transactions with high accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, billings, accounts receivable, and returns.
- Maintain and update customer accounts efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize ERP systems (preferably Oracle) for order processing.
- Generate reports and perform data entry tasks with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Work beyond standard hours as needed to meet business demands.
- Contribute positively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer or account management experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
- Experience in order processing and data entry accuracy.
- Knowledge of the medical implant industry and hospital customer base is a plus.
