Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Guide guests to their seats and ensure exceptional food and beverage service throughout events
• Assist with event setup, service, and cleanup
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs
• Support event planning and execution as directed by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous serving experience preferred
• Must meet the state’s minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
• Courteous, professional demeanor with an attentive, guest-focused approach
• Physically able to meet the demands of the role, including standing for long periods, carrying heavy items, and navigating stairs
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction
• Ability to follow detailed instructions for each event
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
