Job Description
Performs a wide range of skilled repetitive assembly and cleaning operations to produce
quality products in a timely manner; performs operations from work instructions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs a wide range of skilled repetitive mechanical assembly operations in support of
production projects.
• Utilize basic hand tools and machines including but not limited to power screwdriver, ruler,
solder iron, clamp machine, heat gun, vise, solder pot, crimpers, pinning machine, and
automatic wire strippers.
• Identifies wires with use of basic color code sequence.
• Participates in first time production runs of new products.
• Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of all applicable safety regulations and
considerations.
• Performs clean-up, bend organization, and tool inventory activities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• One to two years related experience or equivalent.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to identify colors.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Familiarity with various mechanical and electrical measuring equipment.
