Picker Packer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing and shipping products, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to lift heavy items. **Duties:**

- Load and unload items from trucks, trailers, and containers.

- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using a warehouse management system.

- Perform lifting, bending, and reaching to move items around the warehouse.

- Verify the accuracy of orders before packing and shipping.

- Label and organize items for easy identification and retrieval.

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

- Participate in inventory management and count discrepancies.

- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to identify and address any issues.

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is required.

- Experience with shipping and receiving, order picking, and warehouse management systems is necessary.

- Familiarity with materials handling and mechanical knowledge is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and bending.

- Ability to work at heights using aerial lift equipment.
