Paris Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Travel Orthopedic Registered Nurse to join its inpatient care team. This role is ideal for nurses who are compassionate, detail-oriented, and skilled in caring for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, fractures, and musculoskeletal conditions.

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with orthopedic needs, including post-surgical recovery and trauma cases.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with mobility, rehabilitation, and pain management strategies.
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes, self-care techniques, and discharge planning.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies.
• Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery goals.
• Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality standards.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years recent orthopedic or med-surg nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
