Role :

We’re searching for a bold, visionary Associate Art Director of Social and Brand Transformation to join our fast-growing digital and social-first brand. This is a pivotal role — you’ll partner closely with our AVP of Direct to drive a major brand transformation.

You’ll concept, craft, and bring to life both digital work and social content that connects powerful storytelling with cultural relevance. From ideation through production, you’ll own the process — shaping campaigns, leading shoots, and ensuring that every piece of content tells a cohesive, elevated brand story across every channel.

This isn’t a maintenance role — it’s a make-it-happen, make-it-better opportunity. The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts, impeccable taste, and a passion for producing world-class social and brand work that stands out in the feed and in the culture.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with the AVP of Direct and Digital Art Director to help lead a major brand overhaul — building a new visual language and tone of storytelling, particularly in the social space.

- Concept and produce breakthrough campaigns that connect to the new brand platform.

- Translate brand messaging into compelling creative that connects across all social channels — from short-form video to brand photography to influencer content.

- Lead the 360 creative process — from idea through shoot direction, design, and final execution.

- Direct and inspire designers, editors, photographers, and copywriters to deliver polished, high-impact work.

- Stay ahead of both retail and social trends, ensuring the work is always culturally tuned, fresh, and relevant.

- Bring a high level of craft and taste to every visual output — with an editorial sensibility and a strong understanding of fashion, lifestyle, and visual storytelling.

- Work fluidly across video, photo, and motion, with a hands-on approach to editing, layout, and art direction.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

You’ll be part of a creative dream team driving a high-profile brand transformation.

You’ll work in an environment that values ideas, innovation, and taste.

You’ll have the opportunity to produce career-defining work that shapes how people see and engage with brands.
