We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that support organizational growth and reflect the company’s mission and values.
• Design and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook to drive engagement and recruitment.
• Oversee website performance, ensuring content is optimized using analytics and data-driven insights.
• Organize and execute conferences and events, managing logistics for clinical service lines.
• Collaborate with HR to support internal communications, employee recognition programs, and cultural initiatives.
• Create and update marketing materials, presentations, and digital content to support recruitment and business development.
• Build relationships with community organizations such as the Epilepsy Foundation to support engagement efforts.
• Partner with leadership across departments to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and innovative approaches.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the healthcare or telehealth industry.
• Proficiency in managing websites, social media platforms, and analyzing campaign metrics.
• Strong skills in writing, editing, and creating digital content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
• Experience with tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of conference planning and event logistics is a plus.
