What We’re Looking For

1. Active Texas Real Estate License
2. At least 1 year of experience preferred, but strong new agents with hustle are welcome
3. Excellent communication and follow-up skills
4. A coachable attitude and a hunger to grow
5. Availability for buyer showings and flexible scheduling
