Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a detail oriented and strategic Personal Care Home Administrator ( PCHA ) at our Personal Care Facility in Homer City, Pennsylvania area to lead and oversee our services. The Personal Care Home Administrator ( PCHA ) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of these services. This is a full time, in person position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field

• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, case managers, and support staff.

• Valid Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) license in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the day-to-day operations of the care home run smoothly, including staffing, resident care, and facility maintenance.

• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding healthcare standards, safety, and licensing.
• Ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and that their needs are met. This includes monitoring their health, safety, and emotional well-being.
