Job Description:

Van Wyk Auto is looking for an experienced Lead Automotive Technician to join our team in Sheboygan, WI. We’re a locally owned, independent repair shop built on integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to quality. We’re seeking a skilled, motivated technician who can handle advanced diagnostics, lead by example, and contribute to our strong shop culture.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues efficiently and accurately

• Communicate clearly with service advisors to ensure quality customer experiences

• Mentor and support other technicians as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere

Qualifications:

• ASE Certification or equivalent experience required

• Proven ability to diagnose complex automotive issues

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Leadership experience or ability to guide others in the shop

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
